Total ROAS

Mission Outdoor had strong branded demand but limited growth from generic search.

We focused on visibility, ranking, and category prioritization to unlock scalable traffic and revenue.

Within weeks, revenue pace accelerated while efficiency remained strong.

THE BRAND

Mission Outdoor is a premium boating accessories brand serving customers across multiple product categories including boat fenders, dock protection, and water lifestyle gear.

Their products were already well-positioned in the market, but growth was largely dependent on branded demand rather than broader category visibility.

THE PROBLEM

Before onboarding, Mission Outdoor relied heavily on branded keywords for sales.

While demand for the brand remained stable, growth potential was limited because visibility on generic search terms was underdeveloped.

With more than seven product categories available, the account also lacked a structured prioritization strategy to focus on the highest-value opportunities first.

The challenge was clear:

Expand traffic sources

Scale revenue efficiently

Increase visibility

THE SOLUTION

We focused on building a scalable growth engine centered on visibility, ranking, and structured expansion.

First, we aggressively targeted high-value generic keywords to increase discovery and improve search rankings.

At the same time, we launched defensive branded campaigns to protect existing demand while competitor targeting campaigns captured additional market share.

On the catalog side, we prioritized the category with the strongest market fit and highest average order value.

Once that category gained momentum, we expanded into accessories to scale revenue across the portfolio.

We also tested advanced audience targeting through Amazon Marketing Cloud, which quickly began generating promising results and opened new growth opportunities.

April 15 Days Performance

THE RESULTS

Mission Outdoor entered March generating approximately $200,000 in monthly revenue.

By April, revenue momentum accelerated significantly.

Within just the first 15 days of April, the account generated:

$230,371 in revenue.

That pace alone surpassed the entire previous month.

Advertising campaigns generated:

$121,713 in sales with a controlled 12.99% ACOS.

Sales performance also improved year over year, with revenue increasing by:

Most importantly, growth is now being driven by expanded visibility on generic search terms rather than relying solely on branded demand.

Mission Outdoor now has a scalable growth engine capable of supporting continued expansion across categories.
